Robert Ciesielski

Robert Ciesielski has worked at a variety of organizations in the field of physics and data science. Robert started their career in 2004 as a Physicist/Data Scientist at INFN in the OPERA experiment. In 2006, they moved to DESY as a Physicist/Data Scientist and Project Leader in the ZEUS experiment. Robert then joined Fermilab and CERN as a Guest Scientist in 2009. In 2009, they also joined The Rockefeller University as a Physicist/Visiting Scientist and Physicist/Data Scientist and Project Leader. In 2020, they participated in an online boot camp for data science and machine learning applications in business at Springboard. Currently, they are employed as an R&D Manager at MindMics.

Robert Ciesielski obtained their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Experimental High Energy Physics from the University of Warsaw in 2004, after obtaining their Master of Science - MS in Elementary Particle Physics from the same institution in 1998. In 2021, they obtained a Data Science Career Track certification from Springboard.
