Didem Sever

Co-Founder & Product Development Director at Mindosphere

Didem Sever has been working in the field of Human Resources since 2005. Didem began their career at Turk Telekom as a Talent & Career Management Team Leader, Performance Management Specialist, and Human Resources Specialist. In 2012, they moved to Turkcell, where they held the roles of HR Projects Manager, HR Process & Systems, and HR Planning. In 2015, they co-founded Ude Global, where they were a Partner and Talent & Technology Development. Didem also co-founded Kendi İşim as a Volunteer. In 2016, they co-founded Mindosphere as a Co-Founder & Product Development Director. In 2020, they co-founded Mindturtle as a Co-Founder & Talent Development Director, and Game of Business as a Co-Founder and Jury Member. Additionally, in 2022 they joined 7 Steel as a People & Culture Development Consultant & Board Member, and TalTech as a Co-Founder & Advisory Board Member.

Didem Sever has a diverse educational background. Didem began their studies in 1999 at Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi / Middle East Technical University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Administration and Management, General in 2004. Didem then went on to Bahçeşehir University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management in 2012. In 2017, they took courses at Stanford University in Agile Product Management and obtained certifications in Agile: A Hands-on Introduction to Product Development and User Experience (UX) Design for Product Managers. Didem is currently enrolled at Anadolu University, where they are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Sociology. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from the International Coaching Federation, including Associate Certified Coach (ACC) in 2022 and Coach Practitioner in 2021.
