Jess Liu

Jess Liu is an experienced professional in healthcare management, currently serving as Vice President of Partner Care & Account Management at Mindoula since May 2023. Previously, Jess held various roles at One Medical, including Lead for Strategic Programs where the focus was on launching and scaling programs for large employer clients such as Google and SpaceX. In addition, Jess was the Director of Quality and Value Improvement, overseeing value-based care strategies and reporting. Prior experience includes managing pay-for-performance programs at Partnership HealthPlan of California and community organizing for affordable housing initiatives in the San Francisco Bay Area. Educational background includes a Master of Public Health from Columbia University, a Master of Science in Urban Planning from Columbia University, and ongoing PhD studies in Epidemiology at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.
