Anthony Mercaldo

Anthony Mercaldo is the Associate Director of Cybersecurity Shared Services at MindPoint Group. Anthony has over 9 years of experience in strategy consulting and management.

Mercaldo started their career at Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Consultant, where they led and coached multifunctional teams to achieve client objectives. Anthony then moved on to Dean and Company, where they advised private equity firms on the financial performance and growth potential of buyout targets in various industries. In July 2015, they joined GovStrive as Manager and established their Human Resources Analytics service area.

At MindPoint Group, Mercaldo is responsible for leading a team of cybersecurity analysts who provide expert analysis and recommendations to a wide range of federal civilian agencies. Anthony is also responsible for developing and managing relationships with key stakeholders, overseeing the development and implementation of new cybersecurity programs, and providing thought leadership on emerging cybersecurity trends.

Anthony Mercaldo has a Master's Degree in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland.
