Marc Dixon is the current Vice President at MindPoint Group. Marc has over 20 years of experience in proposal management and business development in the Federal Government Information Technology (IT) consulting industry. Prior to joining MindPoint Group, Marc Dixon was the Director of Proposal Operations at Kforce Government Solutions, Inc. (KGS) from September 1999 to April 2009. In this role, they were responsible for managing and supporting proposal and business development efforts to grow the company’s Federal Government IT consulting practice.

Before their time at KGS, Marc Dixon worked as a Proposal Manager, Technical Writer, and Document Specialist for Health Information Designs, Inc. (HID) from January 1992 to September 1999. In this role, they were responsible for writing proposals and technical documents for the company’s clients.

Prior to their work in the private sector, Marc Dixon served in the U.S. Navy as a Cryptologic Technician from September 1986 to January 1992. In this role, they were responsible for maintaining and operating the Navy’s cryptologic equipment and systems.

Marc Dixon's educational career includes studying cryptology at the Goodfellows Technical Training Center and Arabic at the Defense Language Institute (DLI). Marc also attended Marshall University.

Their manager is Patti Chanthaphone, President. They are on a team with April Bethune - Manager, Accounting, Elaine Toennies - Director, IS&P Chief of Staff, and Matt Shepherd - Vice President.
