Courtney Claud Mba, M.ed.

Courtney Claud, MBA, M.Ed. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Courtney is currently employed as a Regional Sales Director at MindPrint Learning, Inc. since 2023. Previously, they worked at Learning Without Tears as a Regional Sales Manager from 2022 to 2023, and as a Territory Manager from 2021 to 2022. Before that, they held the position of National Director of School Turnaround at Learning Sciences International from 2020 to 2021.

Prior to their career in sales and leadership roles, Courtney worked at Curriculum Associates as an Educational Sales Consultant from 2017 to 2020. Courtney also served as a Professional Development Manager from 2017 to 2017, a Senior Professional Development Specialist from 2016 to 2017, and a Professional Development Specialist from 2014 to 2016. Before joining Curriculum Associates, they were an Assistant Principal at the District School Board of Pasco County from 2009 to 2014, where they focused on building a culture of high academic expectations and facilitating parental involvement.

Courtney's work experience also includes roles at Pinellas County Schools, where they served as a Literacy Coach from 2008 to 2009 and as a Teacher from 2005 to 2008. During their time as a teacher, they collaborated with colleagues, administrators, and parents to develop lesson plans and differentiate instruction.

Additionally, Courtney has experience outside of the education industry, having worked as a Photo Lab Manager at Sam's Club from 2001 to 2003. Overall, they have a strong background in sales, professional development, leadership, and education.

Courtney Claud, MBA, M.Ed. has a strong educational background with degrees in both business administration and education. Courtney obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Florida, focusing on Business Administration and Management, General, from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Masters degree in Educational Leadership from the University of South Florida from 2007 to 2008.

Courtney also holds a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education from the University of South Florida, which they obtained from 2003 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, they have also completed the EIQ-2 Emotional Intelligence Certification from Success Dynamics in September 2020.

Before their formal education, Courtney also pursued elementary education and mathematics studies at Gordon College from 1999 to 2000.
