Andrey Kovalenko

Andrey Kovalenko has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. Andrey began their career as an intern at LMS INVEST in 2016, where they were responsible for sorting, archiving, and organizing account and company documents. Andrey also performed research, administrative work, and oversaw the call center to improve efficiency and conversion rates.

In 2018, Andrey worked as an intern at Falcon Private Ltd., where they served as an assistant to the Director RM. Andrey'sresponsibilities included conducting extensive background checks and other KYC procedures, archiving client documentation, and building spreadsheets with client data. Andrey also conducted research and prepared financial presentations for client meetings and the investing team.

In 2019, Andrey joined GICM Group as a Financial Analyst Intern. During their time there, they learned how to successfully use Bloomberg Terminal and export data to Excel using BQL. Andrey created complex tables for data analysis, comparison, and filtering, and produced more than 50 multi-page reports on select companies for clients. Andrey also prepared supplementary documents for the Central Bank of Russia.

Currently, Andrey works at Mindrock Capital as the Head of Analytics, a role they started in July 2022.

Andrey Kovalenko began their education in 2014 at The King's School, Canterbury. Andrey completed their IGCSE and A-Levels in this period. From 2020 to 2022, Andrey attended the University of Southern California, where they pursued a degree in International Relations and Global Business (IRGB) with a focus on Global Finance.
