Jai Parameswaran

Jai Parameswaran is the current Director of Human Resources at minds.ai. Prior to this, they held various HR positions at Emulex, Iron Mountain, Autonomy, HP, Societe Generale, Ikanos, iGATE, Atco, and Thermax Systems and Software. Jai was also a co-founder of Dirt Mania Outdoor Adventures.

Parameswaran has extensive experience in all aspects of human resources, including but not limited to talent acquisition and management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and organizational development. Jai has a proven track record of successfully managing transitions during company acquisitions and growth.

Under their leadership, the companies they have worked for have seen increased employee satisfaction and engagement, as well as improved retention rates. Jai is a strategic thinker who is able to see the big picture and develop long-term plans that are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Jai Parameswaran has an MBA in Personnel Management from the Institute of Management Development and Research (IMDR) and a BSc in Chemistry from HPT Arts and RYK Science College. Jai also attended Saraswati Vidyalaya.
