Abi Tedder

Abi Tedder has held a range of roles in the Human Resources field since 2011. From 2011-2012, they were the Director of the Cambridge Footlights International Tour, responsible for casting and overseeing the writing and performance of the tour. From 2012-2013, they were the Executive Assistant to the CEO of Baronet Entertainment Limited, handling emails, organizing transport, car hire, hotels, venue booking, publicity staff, promotional material, scheduling, invoicing and research. From 2013-2017, they were the Head of Operations at the London School of Economics Students' Union, managing Central Operations, Events Team and Human Resources. From 2017-2019, they were the Volunteer Manager at Fringe Theatre Adventures, responsible for managing 1300+ volunteers for the Edmonton Fringe Theatre and Edmonton International Fringe Theatre Festival. From 2019-2021, they were the Head of Human Resources at Cryptonary, performing a full HR audit of the organization and designing and implementing all Human Resources and Ops functions. From 2021-2022, they were a Human Resources Consultant at TOPSPINPRO. Finally, since 2019, they have been a Freelance Human Resources Consultant at Upwork.

Abi Tedder attended Chelmsford County High School for Girls from 1999 to 2006. Abi then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Theirtory at the University of Cambridge from 2007 to 2011. In March 2018, they obtained a certification in Indigenous Canada from the University of Alberta.
