JonPaul Ashton has worked at Mindset Consulting, LLC as an Agile Coach since June 2018. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Land O'Lakes, Inc., including Scrum Master / Project Manager from January 2016 to March 2018, Scrum Team Member from January 2015 to December 2015, Intermediate Business Systems Analyst from March 2014 to January 2015, and Associate Business Systems Analyst from August 2012 to March 2014.

JonPaul Ashton earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Information Systems from Metro State University in 2011. In terms of certifications, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster credential from the Scrum Alliance in November 2013. JonPaul later achieved the Certified Scrum Product Owner certification from the same institution in July 2014. In 2017, JonPaul Ashton received the Certified Scrum Professional certification. Additionally, they completed a Business Analysis program at the University of Minnesota in July 2013. Most recently, they became an ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Coaching in April 2023.
