Parvathy Sankar

Parvathy Sankar is an experienced executive with a strong background in business transformation, product management, and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as Managing Director APAC at Mindset Consulting, LLC, Parvathy has been instrumental in establishing offices in India and delivering key projects in SAP applications and technology centers. Prior to this role, Parvathy provided advisory services while on sabbatical and held various senior director positions at SAP, focusing on strategic projects, S/4HANA product management, and HR solutions. With a rich history in project management at UCB Pharma and extensive experience in SAP’s Aerospace and Defense industry solutions, Parvathy holds an MBA in Leadership from IMD and a Master's degree in Computer Applications from the National Institute of Technology.
