Mitch Foster

Mitch Foster has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Mitch began their career as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at DeRoyal, where they worked from 1990 to 1999. Mitch then joined GE Healthcare as a Downstream Marketing Manager in 2002. From 2004 to 2009, Foster served as a Region Manager at Synthes. Mitch then moved on to NuVasive, where they held the position of Sales Director for the Pacific region from 2009 to 2010. In 2010, Foster became the CEO and co-founder of Excelsius Surgical, where they developed a surgical robotics technology. The company was later acquired by Globus Medical in 2013. Following the acquisition, Foster was appointed Director of Sales and Marketing, Robotics at Globus Medical from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, Foster assumed the role of CEO at Mindset Medical.

Mitch Foster obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Washington State University between the years 1985 and 1989. Mitch later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee for the duration of 1996 to 1997.
