Gaye Ersoz

Gaye Ersoz has extensive experience in strategy leadership within the media industry, currently serving in a strategic role at MediaCom since January 2023. At Mindshare Turkey, Gaye holds the position of Head of Strategy since April 2020 and has been with Mindshare since November 2012, where responsibilities include business growth, development, and the optimization of client team effectiveness. Prior experience includes roles as Account Group Director at UM Worldwide and Director of Strategic Planning at OMD Turkey, as well as earlier positions in account management and executive roles at Publicis Turkey and Pronto PR. Gaye holds a Master's degree in Advertising and a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Marmara University, along with a high school education from Saint Benoit High School.
