Roger Francis

Roger Francis is the Founder and CEO of Mindspace®, a role held since February 2004. In addition, Roger serves as the Chairman and Founder of POPAI Arabia, part of a global association focusing on improving the shopper experience, with over 2,000 member companies worldwide. Roger's previous experience includes founding and managing Master Franchisers from November 2004 to March 2008, serving as Market Manager and Director of Business Development at Mars from January 2001 to November 2004, and acting as Regional Managing Director for Allergan from January 2001 to January 2002. Roger holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies from Lebanese American University, obtained between 1991 and 1995, along with a high school education from Broumana high school, completed in 1989.
