Itai Palmon

Itai Palmon has held a variety of positions since 2017. In 2017, they were a Teaching Assistant at Stanford University School of Medicine's Cardiothoracic Surgical Skills Summer Internship. In 2018, they were a Co-Founder of Mindset, a Research Assistant at Stanford University School of Medicine's Thoracic Aortic Research Laboratory, an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Michigan for Biology 172, an Undergraduate Researcher at the University of Michigan's Brooks Lab, President of the Pre-Surgical Club, and Co-Editor in Chief of the University of Michigan Undergraduate Research Journal. In 2019, they were a Senior First Responder at Magen David Adom in Israel.

Itai Palmon received a Bachelor of Science in Biophysics from the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science, and the Arts in 2020. Prior to that, they attended Palo Alto High School from 2012 to 2016. Itai is currently attending the University of Michigan Medical School and is expected to receive their Doctor of Medicine in 2024.
