Joe Sano

Joe Sano is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Mindstream Interactive. Prior to this, Joe spent eight years in various leadership roles in the advertising and food industries.

In 2006, Joe began working as a System Analyst II for Shearer's Foods, Inc. It was during this time that Joe developed an intelligent forecasting application which helped the company save over $2 million annually on staffing and material waste. The success of this application led to Joe being promoted to Director, Interactive Services at SBC Advertising in 2014. In this role, Joe was responsible for the agency's largest digital account, biglots.com. Joe managed all aspects of website development, including overseeing internal developers and independent freelancers.

Joe's expertise in ASP.NET, T-SQL, Oracle, PL-SQL, and JavaScript has been essential in their career success. Their ability to lead and manage large teams has made him an invaluable asset to any organization. Joe's experience and skills will continue to contribute to their success in their current role as Chief Operating Officer at Mindstream Interactive.

Joe Sano earned their computer science degree from Kent State University and their Associates in Computer Programming from Stark State College.
