Jamie Joana Voltz has had work experience in multiple companies. In 2019, they completed an internship in Consulting and Venture Building at New Fuel. In 2021, they worked as a Sales Development Representative DACH at Factorial HR. Currently, starting in September 2022, they hold the position of Account Executive at Mindsurance, where they are responsible for connecting employees with premium mental health care resources.

Jamie Joana Voltz began their education in 2008 at Europaschule Oswald-von-Nellbreuning Schule, where they completed their Mittelstufe studies in 2014. Jamie Joana then attended Claus-von-Stauffenberg Schule from 2014 to 2017 and earned their Allgemeine Hochschulreife. Subsequently, from 2018 to 2022, Jamie Joana attended ESB Business School, Reutlingen University, where they pursued a BSc in International Management Double Degree (German/Spanish).
