Jacob Pillay

SVP, Sales

Jacob Pillay, Senior Vice President – Sales, is responsible for sales excellence, client relationships and driving growth of our managed services business in the US, APAC, Europe and IMEA. He also oversees the IT Talent business in APAC, Europe and IMEA.

Jacob is a seasoned sales executive with over 30 years of experience in developing new markets and leading teams in cross-cultural environments. He joined Mindteck in 2000 and played a pivotal role in expanding Mindteck’s footprint within the APAC region. Previous roles include Business Development Manager at Mindware PCL Singapore, and Regional Manager at Pertech, Bangalore. Jacob holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University and is currently based in Singapore.
