We are hiring a SME Engineer IT, who can partner with business stakeholders to define, analyze, design and document business requirements and solutions. What’s in it for you?

  • Provide technical support to users on a variety of Mac OS, Windows, and cloud-based applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues Manage and maintain IT systems and infrastructure including workstations and network devices.
  • Implement and support new technologies, such as MDM, Scripting and automation.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for IT systems and procedures Work with other teams, such as development and security teams, to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.

We’d love to hear from you, if you:

  • Hold 6-7 years of experience in a Technical support role.
  • Posses strong knowledge of Mac OS, Windows, Intune, Jamf, Shell scripting, Google suite, O365, Documentation, and Freshservice.
  • Have experience with cloud computing, mobile computing, and virtualization is a plus.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Showcase the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
