Gopinadh Babu is an experienced professional in user experience (UX), web design, and conversion rate optimization (CRO), currently serving as the Manager of UX, Web Experience, and CRO at Mindtickle since August 2022. Gopinadh has held significant positions including Director of Design and Customer Experience at Colexion, Manager of Design and Web Development at Hubilo, and Team Lead in Digital Design at element14 Electronics. With a strong foundation in graphic and web design gained from roles at Jifflenow and Talleen Technologies, Gopinadh has developed comprehensive skills in user research, visual design, and customer engagement strategies. Gopinadh holds an MBA in HR and Marketing from Andhra University and completed schooling at Kotak Salesian School.
