Héctor Augusto Delgado Gutiérrez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in content management, marketing, and organizational development. Currently, as the Spanish Content Project Manager at Mindvalley since November 2019, Héctor leads performance and growth strategies for the "Mindvalley en Español" unit, focusing on community, social media, content production, and membership retention. Prior roles include Learning Experience Producer at Mindvalley and Customer Success Specialist, along with a tenure at Dell as a Trade Marketing & Communications Analyst. Héctor spent over two years at AIESEC en México as Country Manager, overseeing organizational development and internal communications strategies, and previously held leadership positions in AIESEC in Colombia and Canada. Héctor holds a degree in Advertising from Universidad Central and a certification in Graphic Design from Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA).
