Kelley Barringer

Kelley Barringer is a VP Consultant at USI. She is a collaborator. Her expertise is advising mid-market companies on their employee benefits/health and welfare programs. Kelley sits on multiple boards including her local SHRM chapter and Chamber boards. She is passionate about connecting her network with the tools and resources they need to progress forward and achieve organizational objectives. Kelley’s undergraduate degree is from The University of Texas at Arlington, and she is pursuing her MBA from Southern Methodist University.
