Carl Pollard is a Technical Services Geologist at Mine Vision Systems since June 2025, previously serving as Senior Geologist for Barrick Mining Corporation's Mineral Resource Management group at the Fourmile project from January 2024 to June 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Geologist and Growth Geologist II at Nevada Gold Mines from July 2019 to February 2024, where responsibilities encompassed managing drill programs, maintaining geological models, and collaborating with various teams for safety and communication. Carl has also worked as Ore Control Geologist at both Newmont Corporation and Nevada Gold Mines. Earlier career experiences involved geotechnical and geo-environmental investigations at Salut Inc and labor roles with 3T Products and Sporting Goods, and Mahantongo Game Farm, alongside technology support and research roles during academic tenure. Carl holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Geology from Juniata College, awarded in May 2017.
