Kai-Uwe Benthack

Kai-Uwe Benthack has over 30 years of experience working in various roles and companies. Kai-Uwe started their career at Philips in 1983 as a Marcom Manager, where they worked until 1995. Kai-Uwe then joined Sartorius as a Marketing & Sales Manager for five years before founding their own company, benthack personal entwicklung gmbh, in 2001. As the CEO of their company, they offer development concepts for executive, team, and customer relationships. Since 2015, Kai-Uwe has been working at Minebea Intec as the Head of Academy, providing training and coaching services worldwide.

Kai-Uwe Benthack completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Marketing from FernUniversität in Hagen, from 1994 to 1997.
