Shruthi R Gowda is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Human Resources Team Lead at Minebea Intec since January 2016, Shruthi has progressed from the role of Senior Executive-HR. Prior to this, Shruthi worked as an HR Executive at Sartorius Mechatronics India Pvt Ltd from July 2010 to December 2016. Educational qualifications include an Executive Development Program in Labour Law for Managers from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Sikkim Manipal University, Gangtok.
