The board of directors at Minera IRL have a long history of experience in law and finance. Many of the directors have worked at well-known law firms, such as Thorne, Echeandía & Lema Abogados and Lema, Solari & Santibañez Abogados. The directors also have experience working in other industries, such as the port authority and consulting. Many of the directors hold degrees from prestigious universities, such as the Universidad de Lima and Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
