Ben Bartlett

Ben Bartlett is an experienced professional in operational technology and mining, currently serving as the Operational Technology Manager at Mineral Resources Limited since January 2023. Prior to this role, Ben held various positions at Rio Tinto from September 2016 to January 2023, including Principal Mining Technology Delivery, where responsibilities included the delivery of advanced mining technology programs such as autonomous trucks and drills. As Project Lead for Autonomous Haulage Systems, Ben oversaw the deployment of the Komatsu FrontRunner Autonomous Haulage System and led studies on its implementation at multiple mines.
