Jil Fairweather

Jil Fairweather is an experienced educational and training professional currently serving as the Manager of Strategic Training Projects at Mineral Resources Limited since September 2023. With a background that includes leadership roles such as Head of Learning and Development at WesTrac Cat and Learning, Diversity and Inclusion Program Manager at Downer, Jil has a strong track record in developing and facilitating strategic training programs for diverse employee groups. Prior roles also include National Capability Manager and Regional Learning & Development Manager at John Holland, where responsibility encompassed training for 1,200 employees, as well as teaching positions at Whitford Catholic Primary School and St. Peter's Primary School. Jil holds a Bachelor of Education from The University of Notre Dame Australia and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Edith Cowan University.
