Lucas Gheorghe is a seasoned mining engineer with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Technical Services Superintendent at Mineral Resources Limited since March 2024, Lucas previously held senior engineering positions at Sojitz Blue Pty Ltd and Dominion Diamond Mines, where significant contributions included developing weekly mine plans and optimizing ventilation systems. Early career experiences involved training roles at Resource Capital Gold and Dominion Diamond Corporation, where Lucas focused on environmental management and fuel consumption reduction projects. Lucas Gheorghe holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mineral Resource Engineering from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mining and Mineral Engineering from Acadia University.
