Tim Clements

Tim Clements is an experienced professional in the field of electrical and infrastructure engineering, currently serving as the General Manager of Infrastructure Projects at Mineral Resources Limited since April 2018. Prior experience includes roles at Newcrest Mining, where responsibilities spanned from Engineering & Infrastructure Manager, overseeing a team of Superintendents for safe and cost-effective project delivery, to Project Superintendent managing substantial sustaining capital projects. Clements also held project management and engineering positions that involved critical infrastructure development and technical design. Notably, prior to entering mining, Clements worked for Ford Motor Company as an Automotive Electrician after achieving a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Curtin University and a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from TAFE NSW.
