Samuel Dery is an experienced professional in the minerals and mining sector, currently serving as an Officer (Mining Duties) at the Minerals Commission of Ghana since August 2019, focusing on minerals and mining operations. Previously, Samuel held various roles related to mining regulations within the same organization. Prior to that, Samuel worked as a Graduate Geological Engineer at Local Government Ghana, where responsibilities included ensuring the functionality and quality of community water facilities. Samuel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geological Engineering from the University of Mines and Technology, Tarkwa, and completed secondary education in General Science at St. Charles Seminary Senior High School.
