Paul Gardner

Paul Gardner has extensive experience in financial management, currently serving as Global Financial Controller at Minerals Technologies Inc. since October 2018. Previously, Paul held the position of Financial Controller for European Operations at LEVC, where responsibility included overseeing Geely’s £300 million investment into LTC and managing financial control for a new manufacturing site. At Unipart Group, Paul progressed from Financial Controller to Commercial Finance Manager, establishing significant partnerships and leading financial strategies that enhanced profitability. Early career experience includes a role as Assistant Manager at KPMG UK, managing audit and consultancy projects across diverse sectors. Paul holds an MSc in Managing Organisational Performance from Cranfield School of Management and is an ACMA graduate from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
