John Savino

John Savino is the Manager of Software Engineering at Minerva Analytics. John has over six years of professional experience in software engineering and development.

Savino started their career as a Sales Associate at REI, a retailer of outdoor gear and clothing. John then became a Stage Manager for The William and Mary Wind Ensemble, before joining Innovative Defense Technologies (IDT) as an Associate Software Engineer in 2014. There, they worked on software systems for the Department of Defense and other enterprise government agencies.

In 2016, Savino joined athenahealth as a Senior Member Of Technical Staff. John was a part of the Orders and Results scrum team, building real time integrations with third party vendors to provide value around e-prescribing, electronic ordering workflows, and backend result automation. John provided technical insight into design decisions and worked closely with business teams to manage priorities, expectations, and requirements around third party API integrations.

Savino has been with Minerva Analytics since November 2020.
