Thomas Hoogsteden

Thomas Hoogsteden is an experienced professional in the marine and logistics sectors, currently serving as a Sales Executive at Minerva Bunkering, a subsidiary of Mercuria Energy Group, since February 2024. Previously, Thomas held various roles, including Lead of the Marine Biofuels Desk and Trader at STX Group, focusing on business development and trading in marine biofuels. Earlier experience includes a Sales Development Representative position at Flexport, where responsibilities included cold acquisition in the BeNeLux market, and a Commercial Management Trainee role at Control Union. Thomas has also completed internships at Vestius and Hamburg Süd. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Corporate Law and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam, as well as training at Lloyd's Maritime Academy.
