Joshua Fost

Managing Director, High School Innovation at Minerva Project

Joshua Fost is the current Managing Director of High School Innovation at Minerva Project. Prior to this, they were an Assistant Professor at Portland State University from June 2007 to March 2015, where they focused their research in neurophilosophy and the public understanding of science, critical thinking, and methodological naturalism. Fost has also taught at Hampshire College and Computerworld. Joshua's previous positions include Chief Technology Officer at Colliers International and Vice President & CTO at Infosis Corp.

Joshua Fost obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Psychology and Neuroscience from Princeton University. Joshua then went on to complete a Bachelor's Degree in Neuroscience, Philosophy from Bowdoin College. Lastly, they were a postdoctoral fellow in Neuroscience at Brandeis University.

Joshua Fost reports to Ben Nelson, Chairman & CEO. They are on a team with Rudy Rubio - Senior Director, Higher Education Program Operations, Laura Bookmeyer - Director, Strategic Partnerships North America, and Brian Fields - Chief Platform Officer.
