Levy Odera has a long and varied work experience. In 2021, they began working as an Academic Program Manager at Minerva Project. From 2016 to 2021, they worked as an Assistant Professor of Social Sciences at Minerva Schools at KGI. From 2013 to 2016, they were the Co-Founder/Director of Development Outlook Consulting and the Director/President of Rural Empowerment & Development Innovations. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Post-Doctoral Associate at Public Issues Education Center, University of Florida. From 2013 to 2014, they were a Research Assistant at Public Issues Education Center. Lastly, from 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Research Assistant, Sub-Saharan Africa Business Environment Report and Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Florida.
