William Marks has a wide range of work experience, beginning in 2006 with Kantar WPP. In this role, they served as an Insight Director, Expert Services Manager, Account Manager, and Graduate/Account Exec./Senior Account Exec., delivering strategic consultancy, research, data and insights embedded within major FMCG brands' marketing units. In 2016, they joined MING Labs as Global Director, General Manager, and Senior Digital Project Manager, responsible for growth and service strategy in Asia and Germany, as well as business development, marketing, business design, strategy and people development. William built expertise in UX/UI design, design research/testing, digital product development and agile project management.
William Marks obtained a BSc in Psychology and Management Studies from the University of Leeds in 2005. In 2016, they received a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
