Sandy Martin

Sandy Martin has spent nearly 20 years working as a Human Resources professional primarily within the healthcare industry. An HR Generalist at heart, she brings a range of practical expertise in supporting the needs of both the business and the workforce including talent attraction and recruitment, growth and development, compensation and benefits, compliance and risk management as well as workplace culture.

She has successfully led the HR effort in companies ranging in structure from start-up to mature corporations. Her ability to listen to others and share critical observations has helped to build her solid reputation as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees throughout the organization.

Sandy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern Maine and is certified by the Society for Human Resource Management as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
