Allison S. Brantley

Allison S. Brantley (“Allie”) is Vice President and General Counsel for Mingledorff’s, Inc. In this position, Allie is the principal advisor to Mingledorff’s and its subsidiaries on all legal and compliance matters. Allie also supports Mingledorff’s board of directors.

Before taking on this role, Allie was the Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary for an Atlanta-based global manufacturing company, Superior Essex. Prior to that, she was an attorney at King & Spalding on the corporate and technology teams. She has extensive experience in commercial transactions, corporate compliance, mergers and acquisitions, litigation management, and international law.

Allie received her undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and earned her J.D from Mercer Law School in 1997. In law school, Allie served on both Law Review and Moot Court, graduating Phi Kappa Beta and in the top 10% of her class. She currently serves as a Steering Committee Member for Atlanta’s Habitat for Humanity Women’s Build and volunteers with Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta.
