Kuang Hong Neoh has progressive work experience in the field of process development engineering. Kuang Hong started their career as an Engineering Intern at PENFABRIC SDN. BHD. in 2013. Kuang Hong then joined Peking University as a Graduate Teaching Assistant from September 2015 to August 2017. In 2018, they became a Process Engineer at Jinko Solar Co., Ltd., where they successfully started up 5 CVD lines independently and developed process monitoring SOP and checklists. Kuang Hong also devised a method to maintain the thickness of aluminium oxide within specification limits. Kuang Hong Neoh then joined Meyer Burger Technology Ltd. in June 2019 as a Process Development Engineer, responsible for the transfer of new CVD technology from lab to fab. Finally, they are currently working at Mini-Circuits as a Process Development Engineer from June 2021.
Kuang Hong Neoh obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Advanced Materials and Mechanics from Peking University from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Chemical Engineering at Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) from 2011 to 2015. Their secondary education was at Chung Ling (National Type) High School from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications, including Predictive Modeling and Text Mining from SAS in May 2021, Design of Experiments and Quality Methods from SAS in October 2020, TUM Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt in November 2018, and Six Sigma and Lean: Quantitative Tools for Quality and Productivity from Technical University Munich in August 2018.
