Erica Batista

Erica Batista is the Head of Customer Success at Mini Katana LLC since September 2023. Prior to this role, Erica was the Owner of Magnolia Build & Design, a company that helps the Metro Atlanta Area renovate and create their dream home. With a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology from Kennesaw State University, Erica has held various roles such as Guest Experience Manager at Vacation With An Artist (VAWAA), Operations Specialist at STORD, and Outreach Assistant at AECOM. Erica also worked as a Brand Ambassador at Remote Year and as a Content Marketer Intern at Trustfuel.
