João MacHado

João Machado started their career at Instituto Superior Técnico, where they were a student from 2005 to 2013, pursuing both a bachelor's and a master's degree in Computer Engineering and Computer Science. João also served as the course representative during their studies.

In 2013, they joined Opensoft as a Consultant, working on various projects and primarily as a developer for Portal das Finanças. During their time at Opensoft, they gained experience with a range of technologies for web development, such as Java, JavaScript, Maven, Spring, Weblogic, and Oracle SQL. João also worked on undisclosed mobile apps for IOS using Objective-C.

In 2016, João Machado joined Miniclip as a Software Developer. João worked in this role until February 2019, after which they were promoted to Senior Software Developer in March 2019. Additional details about their roles and responsibilities at Miniclip are not provided.

João Machado earned a Licentiate degree in Engenharia Informática e de Computadores from Instituto Superior Técnico from 2005 to 2011. Afterwards, they pursued a Master's degree in the same field at the same institution from 2011 to 2013.
