Matt Marriott

Senior Advanced Environment Artist at Miniclip

Matt Marriott started their career in 2006 at Eurocom, where they worked as an Artist, Senior Environment Artist, Assistant Lead Artist, and VFX Artist. Matt worked on multiple projects across different console platforms and was involved in various tasks such as 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and managing level environments. Matt also had responsibilities in training and supervising less experienced artists, setting up art pipelines, and liaising with other departments. During their time at Eurocom, they contributed to the development of several published games, including Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End, The Mummy: Tomb of The Dragon Emperor, Deadspace: Extraction, and 007 Legends.

In 2012, Matt Marriott worked at Touch.Play.Repeat as a Creative Director, where they independently developed and published Dash & Bash on iOS.

From 2013 to 2021, Matt Marriott joined EightPixelsSquare as an Artist, primarily focusing on their role until their recent move to Miniclip in 2021. At Miniclip, they hold the position of Senior Advanced Environment Artist.

Matt Marriott attended De Montfort University from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a First Class BA degree in Game Art Design.
