Pedro Nande

Pedro Nande has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Pedro began their career as an Assistant Researcher at ADETTI @ ISCTE-IUL in 2003 and worked there until 2004. Pedro then joined Siemens as a Software Developer from 2005 to 2007. Pedro transitioned to the game development industry and worked as a Programmer at Ignite Games in 2007. Pedro later joined GameInvest as a Senior Programmer, where they were responsible for designing and implementing core technology and coordinating projects. Pedro also served as an Associate Producer at GameInvest, where they managed production plans and schedules, among other responsibilities. Pedro then worked as a Freelance Consultant from 2009 to 2010. In 2011, Pedro joined Miniclip as a Producer before progressing to roles such as Engineering Operations Lead, Senior Agile Operations Lead, and Senior Agile Coach. In these roles, they focused on promoting agility culture, supporting product teams, and shaping the company's culture. Pedro also worked as a Partner at Battlesheep, where they were involved in producing and designing mobile games. Most recently, they have been serving as the Director of Operations at Miniclip.

Pedro Nande's education history includes a BSc degree in Telecommunications and Computer Science Engineering from ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, which they obtained from 1999 to 2004. In 2009, they completed a Certified Trainer course in Curso de Formação Pedagógica de Formadores from Rumos, S.A.

In terms of additional certifications, Pedro Nande has obtained various qualifications. Pedro received their Formador certification from IEFP in 2010. Pedro has also obtained several certifications related to Agile methodologies, including Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC) from ICAgile in 2018, Certified Agile Leadership (CAL1) from Scrum Alliance in 2018, and Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF) from ICAgile in 2022. Pedro has received certifications from Kanban University as well, including Kanban Management Professional (KMP) in 2020 and Kanban Systems Improvement (KMP II) in the same year.

Regarding their organizational management and leadership skills, Pedro Nande pursued a leading program at Miniclip from 2017 to 2022.
