Sebastiaan Zwezerijnen has extensive work experience in the field of game development and software engineering. From 2020 to present, they have been employed at Miniclip, where they started as a Software Developer and eventually became the Development Lead. In this role, they oversaw live operations and development on various multiplayer sports mobile games, including Volleyball Arena and Badminton Clash. Sebastiaan also trained and coached new managers at Miniclip. Prior to Miniclip, Sebastiaan worked at Paladin Studios from 2016 to 2020, where they served as a Unity Developer and a member of the Works Council. Sebastiaan was responsible for representing employees and improving decision-making processes. Before that, they worked at SAE Institute as a Freelance Game Design Lecturer, teaching courses on game design and programming. Sebastiaan also gained experience as an Intern Game Design/Level Design at Gamistry and as a Freelance 3D Designer and Animator at Los Digitalos. In addition, they owned a freelance studio called Spot Design Studio, specializing in 3D design and animation. Throughout their career, Sebastiaan has demonstrated expertise in game development, managerial roles, and freelance work in design and animation.
Sebastiaan Zwezerijnen completed their Bachelor's Degree in Game and Interactive Media Design from HKU | Games en Interactie, which they attended from 2012 to 2016. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Product Owner in July 2022 from the Scrum Alliance.
