Sérgio Alexandre

Sérgio Alexandre has extensive work experience in the gaming industry. Sérgio started their career at HIDROAGRO SAS as a Technical Assistant from December 2011 to March 2012. After that, they joined TELUS International Europe as a Game Support specialist, providing player support, bug reporting, and troubleshooting for mobile games. Sérgio worked there from December 2015 to January 2017.

In 2017, Sérgio joined Keywords Studios as a Localisation Game Tester. Sérgio conducted comprehensive play tests across various platforms, including PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, and PC. Sérgio also demonstrated precise bug tracking and reporting skills and supported lead functions. Sérgio worked in this position from June 2017 to February 2019.

Subsequently, Sérgio moved to Miniclip, where they held various roles. Sérgio started as a Games Tester from June 2019 to October 2021. Then, they became a Production Operations Specialist, managing collaboration with development teams worldwide, providing SDK integration support, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Sérgio held this position from October 2021 to April 2022.

Currently, Sérgio is working at Miniclip as a Production Operations Lead. In this role, they are responsible for team management and leadership, overseeing project execution, ensuring timely delivery, and providing SDK integration support. Sérgio also manages collaboration with development teams worldwide as part of the Publishing department.

Sérgio Alexandre completed their Bachelor's degree in IT Management from the Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Administração de Coimbra from 2009 to 2011. Sérgio then pursued further education and obtained another Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Advertising from the Escola Superior de Gestão e Tecnologia de Santarém between 2012 and 2015.
