Ben Shapira is currently a Government Laison at MiniGrid. Prior to this, they were an intern at Prudential Financial from May 2021 to August 2022, where they compiled reports weekly detailing key economic developments to assist company leadership in strategic decision-making, and researched different portfolio allocations pertinent to clients. Ben also developed reports on key economic trends such as recession indicators, interest rate levels, and housing costs. Additionally, Shapira was a Founding Member of the Private Markets Club from March 2021 to May 2022. Before that, they were a Business Development Intern at MiniGrid from January 2021 to May 2021, where they conducted detailed market research of renewable energy sectors such as TAM analysis, top-down market analysis, and bottom-up market analysis. Ben also developed reports on available renewable grid technologies and growth potential within microgrid technologies. Lastly, Shapira was an Emerson Fellow at StandWithUs from April 2019 to June 2020.
Ben Shapira's educational career includes a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Delaware, a Bachelor's of Arts in Economics from John Cabot University, and an International Baccalaureate from an unknown school.
