Tushar Mohan

Co-Founder and Software Architect at Minimal Metrics

Tushar Mohan has over 20 years of work experience. In 1997, they began working as a Software Consultant at HCL Technologies. In 2003, they joined Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (Berkeley Lab) as a Research Staff Member, where they worked on performance modeling and analysis of HPC applications on clusters. In 2004, they moved to IBM Research, where they were a Technical Staff Member, working on file-system benchmarking for the BlueGene/L and disaster recovery and business continuity in enterprise storage systems. In 2006, they became a Technical Marketing and Applications Engineer at SiCortex Inc., where they were responsible for application performance tuning and performance tools development for the SiCortex scientific computing platform. In 2009, they joined Samara Technology Group, LLC as a Software Architect and Principal Software Developer, where they were involved in the development of custom performance tools and the occasional tuning of applications using them. Tushar was also managing the IT infrastructure for the company. In 2012, they became a Co-Founder and Software Architect at Minimal Metrics LLC.

Tushar Mohan completed a Bachelor of Technology - BTech from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi in 1997, majoring in Manufacturing Science & Engineering and minoring in Computer Science. Tushar then earned a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Utah in 2002.
