James "Jim" Richards, MBA has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. James “Jim” currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at High Bar Brands since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Minimizer as the VP of Operations, where they played a crucial role in setting company growth strategies and overseeing daily operations. At DS Smith, Plastics Division, Jim held the position of Vice President of Technical Services, leading departments related to new product development, quality, and implementation engineering. James “Jim” also served as the New Product Development Manager at the same company. Before DS Smith, Jim worked at Worldwide Dispensers as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing the development and commercialization of new products. James “Jim” started their career at Scherping Systems as an Estimating/Inventory Manager, followed by a role as a Senior Equipment Planner/Project Manager at Hutchinson Technology, Inc. Jim's work experience demonstrates their expertise in operations management, strategic planning, and project management. Additionally, they served as a Section Leader in the United States Army from 1989 to 1992.
