Alexandru Gheorghe

Alexandru Gheorghe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data privacy, cybersecurity, and legal consultancy. As the Founder of Inperspective Business since June 2017, Alexandru provides data protection and privacy consultancy, focusing on e-commerce, while also facilitating the understanding and implementation of the NIS Directive. Currently serving as Data Protection Officer for Profi and WaveCrest.io, Alexandru has held similar roles across various organizations, ensuring GDPR compliance and developing effective cybersecurity programs. Additionally, Alexandru is pursuing a PhD in Applied Ethics at the University of Bucharest and serves as the Chapter Chair for OneTrust PrivacyConnect in Bucharest, contributing to the professional community by offering workshops and peer connections. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Business Law and a Law Degree from Romanian universities.
